The information on this website describes Barefoot Technologies' general service capabilities and is not, by itself, a binding quotation, service-level agreement or contractual commitment.

Support packages and projects

Scope, response arrangements, included services, onsite requirements, commercial terms and any out-of-hours support are agreed separately with each client.

External platforms and partners

Some commercial platforms and diagnostic tools are delivered by specialist partners or external service providers. Their terms may also apply to use of those services.

Security and forensic services

Security and forensic work is scoped according to the environment, available evidence, access permissions and the client's legal authority to request the work.

96K uploaded media

Visitors using the private 96K upload feature must only upload media they own or are authorised to use. Barefoot does not grant rights to commercial ROMs, firmware or disk images and may remove uploaded media at any time. Upload attempts are subject to file-type, size, rate and security limits.
